| The Bells |
| The entry point of the Bells is formed by a crack in the reef wall reaching the shore, creating a clear blue pool. Descending in this pool, you'll find that the crack is closed off from the open water from around 12 to 26 meters, creating a tunnel that looks like a bottle. |
| The wall itself descends into the blue to a depth of at least 1800 meters; it's vertical and in some parts overhanging and it's rich with coral growth. Following the wall, you'll end up at the saddle of the Blue Hole (at around 7 meters), allowing you to enter the Blue Hole for the last part of your dive and use the exit point at the shore. |

Blue Hole
The Blue Hole is a round crater, with the walls going straight down to more than a hundred meters. One side can be reached easily from shore, the opposite side has a saddle at around 7m depth, where you can cross in and out without having to surface. This feature makes it possible for us to start our dive at The Bells, an entry point around 20m further north.

| Coral Garden |
| Coral Garden is situated on the south side of the Canyon dive site, using the same shallow lagoon to enter and exit, but turning south instead of north. |
| The dive is most interesting as a shallow dive, between 18 and 8m, where the wall and the sandy bottom (spotted with corals) are being lit up by the sun. |
| Rick's Reef |
Located a few hundred meters north of the Canyon, Rick's Reef is a pleasant drift dive following a meandering wall covered in numerous varieties of coral.
| The wall begins at 3m and has a maximum depth of approximately 18m to its bottom. From there the sandy bottom, with coral islands everywhere, gradually slopes away. You'll pass the top of the Canyon before ending the dive in a sandy lagoon that is used as the exit point. |
| Eel Garden |
| As the name already suggests, you'll find numerous eels on this dive.
The entry and exit are through a sandy lagoon, easy when there is no current to speak of, but exiting the dive site can become quite difficult when a rip current is coming out of the lagoon. |
| Turning left, you can see the eels standing on the sandy slope, disappearing as soon as you pass, only to come up again after you've gone. The sloping sand bank is followed by a coral garden littered with soft and hard corals. You can return to the lagoon along the reef wall, which starts at around 3m and has a maximum depth of around 16m. For those with good air consumption, a drift dive from Eel Garden to Lighthouse offers a varied and relaxing dive. |
| Lighthouse |
| The Lighthouse, situated at the Northern end of the bay of Dahab, has a large sandy slope on its right and a reef wall on it's left. Part of the gently sloping sandy bottom area is used as a confined water training area. |
The left side has a large wall that wraps around the point whilst heading north to the Eel Garden. The wall and the sprawling coral gardens offer varying depth ranges, making the dive site interesting both as a shallow and a deep dive.
Lighthouse is a good dive site for night dives as well, with frequent sightings of Spanish dancers, sleeping Parrotfish, Hermit crabs and Lionfish. |

| Ras Abu Hellal |
| Ras Abu Hellal translates as ‘headland of the crescent moon’. It refers to the crescent shaped reef about half a kilometer south of the Canyon. The reef encircles a shallow lagoon at about 12 meters. |
| Outside is a gently sloping bay and on its northern side a broad ridge. The start of this ridge features one of the finest coral gardens in the Dahab area and this is the main focus of the dive site. This dive can be combined with a visit to Abu Telha which is located just north of Abu Hellal. An easy drift south from Abu Telha will bring the diver out at Abu Hellal, the exit point can be chosen according to remaining air. |
| The Canyon |
The Canyon, a large crack in the oceans bottom, is the main feature of this dive. More than 10 meters deep and virtually closed over at the top, it snakes its way up from the depths, to emerge in a large glassfish filled coral dome, the fish bowl. |
From the top, the canyon looks somewhat like an almost closed clam shell. Usually, the Canyon is entered from the top at around 17m, descending to the sandy bottom at 30m and leaving through the fish bowl, which has two openings at around 15m. The Canyon dive site offers an easy entry and exit point through a shallow, sandy lagoon, although sometimes the current here can be quite strong. The Canyon itself is positioned about five minutes north-east from the exit of the lagoon. |
| Golden Blocks |
The site gets it's name from a couple of big yellow rocks lying just under the surface at the entry point.
The dive north takes you over a sandy slope spotted with corals, and has two canyons going down to a depth of 35 m. |
| The first canyon features a very large gorgonian fan coral. You can find octopus, scorpionfish, lionfish and many other species here. If you turn south, you can drift dive to Shark Reef over a large coral garden. |
| The Islands |
| This dive site is Dahab's Alice in Wonderland. Three big coral pinnacles, the Islands, create an underwater maze of coral gardens. As you weave your way through you'll find an amazing variety of corals and marine life. |
| It's a shallow dive, with a maximum depth of around 16m, which allows the sunlight to enhance the color of the corals. |
| Abu Telha |
| Exciting topography at 25m, as well as abundant marine life and massive corals in the shallows. It's possible to drift dive to Abu Hellal. |
| Moray Garden |
Moray garden lies in a sheltered bay, giving it an easy entry and
exit even in somewhat rough weather.
The south side consists of a huge coral carpet covering the sea bed. At the beginning of the dive, there's a red anemone to be seen among the corals. |

| Ras Abu Galum |
| Ras Abu Gallum is situated approximately 15 kilometers north of Dahab and is a marine and wildlife Reservation. It offers the diver remote, pristine reefs which are easily accessible and can suit all experience levels. |
The area itself is of astounding beauty and is perfect for enjoying Bedouin hospitality and the starry skies of the desert. Ras Abu Gallum may be reached on a one / two day jeep or camel safari run from Nesima and offers the perfect opportunity to experience desert, Sinai mountains, the underwater world and Bedouin hospitality. |
| Gabr el Bent |
| This spectacular diving area, located almost 30 kilometers south of Dahab, can only be reached by unconventional means; the Sinai camel Trek along the coastline, shadowed by the majestic mountains of Sinai, to reach these virgin reefs in one of the one or two day camel safaris. |
| Gabr el Bent is abundant with stunningly rich marine life and offers wall diving, vivid coral gardens and gentle sandy slopes with coral outcrops. This diving experience can be combined with an insight into the culture of the local Bedouin who prepare traditional food and drinks and care for the camels. |
